  • Autocratic leadership - In this type of leadership, the leader has complete authority. He prefers that his instructions be carried out without any hesitation. Most people don't like him.
  • Democratic leadership - In this approach, the decision-maker considers the viewpoints of others and pays attention to them as they are being considered.
